With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Henry Hartlove (Reisterstown, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 15, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Bertha Marie Newton and William E. Hartlove Sr. A; his siblings, Robert, William E. Hartlove Jr. and Bertha Harding Harrell (late Charles); and his close friend Patrick Kelly.

He is survived by : his wife Regina Graham Hartlove; his daughters, Jacqueline Hartlove Crandell (Robert) and Arlene Hartlove Barry (Michael) of Dundalk; his granddaughters, Kayleigh Crandell of Richmond, VA and Olivia Barry of Dundalk; his daughter Josephine Tallon Swagger; his siblings-in-law, Carol Hartlove Farmer (late G. James), Kathleen Graham, Rose Mary Tallon, Robert Graham (Maureen) and Raymond Tallon; and his cousins, Gail Parran (Thomas) and Dennis Smith (Patricia). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
