He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barley and Ida E. Gamber Barley; his daughter Carol Marie Barley-Wilbar; and his sister Jeannie Malone. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Marie Barley; his sons, Robert Barley, Jr. (Karen) and Joshua Barley (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, James Robert Wilbar, Hunter Barley, Austin Barley, Juliet Barley and Joanna Barley.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P. A. Tuesday (11605 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel (11605 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be offered toward the living expenses of Mrs. Barley.
