He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barley and Ida E. Gamber Barley; his daughter Carol Marie Barley-Wilbar; and his sister Jeannie Malone. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Marie Barley; his sons, Robert Barley, Jr. (Karen) and Joshua Barley (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, James Robert Wilbar, Hunter Barley, Austin Barley, Juliet Barley and Joanna Barley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be offered to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
