“Dear Rich and family, I wanted to send my sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. I did not know your mother very well but I do remember her kindness and smiles. It is always hard to find the right words when we lose a loved one. This I do know. She is with the Lord now and there is no more pain and suffering for her.
