We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2025, at the age of 92, Margaret Ada Vallandingham of Ridge, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola Carroll and Lloyd Carroll; her husband Samuel Boothe Vallandingham of Michael's Catholic Church; her siblings, Barbara Smith, Donald Carroll, Franklin Carroll, Mary Ann Norris, Joan Cochran, Elaine Carroll and Roger Carroll; her in-laws, Joseph Smith, Rosie Carroll, Corky Cochran, Mike Gerek and Ron Yokum; and her grandson Scott Raley.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Raley (Don) of Ridge, MD, Dale Vallandingham (Ronnie) of St. Inigoes, MD, Cheryl Ridgell (Tony) of Ridge, MD, Carol Zeien (Don) of Daphne, AL and Dawn Gatton (Peanut) of Ridge, MD; her siblings, Charles Carroll (Joanne) of Hollywood, MD, Sandra Gerek of Park Hall, MD, Edward Carroll (Diane) of Lexington Park, MD and Paul "Tony" Carroll (Marie) of Ridge, MD; her in-laws, Salinda Carroll and Emerick Norris; and her grandchildren, Tara Brabenec, Justin Raley, Candice Adam, Bo Vallandingham, Heather Smith, Amy Lonkert, Chandler Brannam, Camden Zeien, Logan Gatton and Tyler Gatton.
