It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calvin Henry Duncan of Ridgely, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Duncan and Violet Duncan; his brother Eddie Duncan; his siblings-in-law, Kitty Duncan and Howard Gardner Sr.; and his son Page Rhodes.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kenny Duncan, Peggy Gardner, Shirley Sperl (Rich) and Carolyn Snyder; his daughters, Donna L. Barnes (Brian), Karen A. Stanavich (Steve) and Melinda A. Duncan (Greg); his grandchildren, Laight, Kendall, Logan, Hailey, Sierra and Parker; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Silas, Eden, Harper, Levi and Rhema; his nephew Howard Gardner Jr.; his girlfriend Darlene Rhodes; his girlfriend's son Mike Rhodes; and his children, Krystyna, Kaitlyn, Michelle and Randy Rhodes.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newnam Funeral Home (106 Shamrock Rd, Chester, MD 21619). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
