He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Reginald Mutter and Sally Benton; his aunt Desira Downing; his cousin Kyle Mutter; and his stepgrandmother Nancy Mutter.
He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Mutter-Van Loo and Robert Van Loo; and his fiancée Savannah Russell. He is also survived by his parents, fiancé, and many extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 101 Sunset Blvd, Ridgely, MD 21660.
