It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael H. Passwaters of Ridgely, Maryland, who passed away on March 19, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison William Passwaters and Ruth Ann Councell Passwaters; and his son Michael Christian Passwaters. He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Murphy-Miedl of Ridgely; his daughters, Stacy Twigg (David) of Ridgely and Angela Winchester of Ridgely; his sister Barbara J. Thompson (Ronnie) of Ridgely; his stepchildren, Heather Keller (Mike) and Wade Murphy (Carin); his stepgrandchildren, Austin and Aspen; his grandchildren, Blake Kinnamon (Alex), Luke Kinnamon (Gillian), Cassidy Winchester (Mike) and Mary Winchester (Tyler); Kaizen, Myla, Paislie, Mateo and Matilda.
