She was predeceased by: her mother Esther "Hayman" Crisp; her husband Noble Goad; and her siblings, Wesley Fortney and Irene Collins. She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Foltz (Hollen) and Cindy Kaufman; her grandchildren, Jordan Hammer Foltz (Lindsey), Aaron Foltz Semborski (Sara) and Justin Kaufman (Brooke); her brother Allen Fortney (Lucinda); her great grandchildren, Atlas Foltz Semborski, Henry Kaufman and Pace Foltz Semborski; and her niece Debbie Collins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ridgely United Methodist Church (107 Central Ave, Ridgely, MD 21660). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
