It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Carol Dalton (Rising Sun, Maryland), who passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Eastridge and Almar Elizabeth Eastridge (Roten); her husband Cecil Dalton; her son Stephen Dalton; her siblings, Garmon Eastridge, Paul Eastridge, John Eastridge, Eula Booth, Olive Hilton, Ruby Madron and Pearl Bishop; and her grandson-in-law Jacob Gelsinger.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Dalton (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Samantha Gelsinger (Jay Weaver), Brittany Eckert (Nolin), Amy Hall (Derek), Stephen Dalton (Vicki), Natasha Dalton (Nate Lucas) and Chris Dalton (Holly). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to "St. Jude Children's Research Hospital" and sent in care of the funeral home: P.O. Box 248, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
