We are sad to announce that, on December 28, 2025, at the age of 102, Helen Elizabeth Coulter (Rising Sun, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Barrett and Kathleen Barrett; her husband George Coulter; her siblings, Ruth Kyle, Earl, Harold and Ralph Barrett; and her nephews, Richard Barrett, Wayne Kyle, John Barrett and Paul Barrett.
