He was predeceased by: his father John Walter Smith. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Smith; his wife Donna; his pet Hershey; his father-in-law Edward McGill; his siblings-in-law, Terri Gloyd (Charles), Cindy Bundick (John), Michael McGill (Beth) and Matthew McGill; and his siblings, Michael Smith (Shannon) and Linda Rosa (George). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the R. T. Foard Funeral Home (111 S Queen St, Rising Sun, MD 21911). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
