She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carter, Sr. and Dorothy Hyrb (Bryan); and her brother Robert Carter, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Hope Stammler (Terrill) and Roger Lee Moyer, Jr. (Tammy); her grandchildren, Taylor Stammler, Roger Lee Moyer III (Allison), James Moyer (Skylar) and Liadan Stammler; her great grandchildren, Lane Moyer, Colson Moyer and Holt Moyer; and her sister Mary Stewart.
