He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mansfield and Frieda Mansfield; and his brother-in-law John Carter. He is survived by: his wife Norma Johnson; his sister-in-law Barbara Carter; his niece Britt Roteman (Ron); his nephews, Matthew Carter (Cindy) and Scott Head (Tammy); his cousins, Doug Solock, Judy Meyer, Cindy Walker, Diane Callahan, Patty Winewriter and Beverly Billiard; and his friends, Gary and Becky Seymour.
