We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2022, at the age of 69, John Simmons Houck of Riva, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Simmons Houck and Fletcher LeRoy Houck, Jr.; his sister Fran Houck; his great-niece Avery Constance Houck; and his nephew Fletcher LeRoy Houck, III.

He is survived by: his wife Oza Dee; and his siblings, Jeanne Houck and Rob Roy Houck.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake at http://www.hospicechesapeake.org, an organization that was of immense support.
