Waffle (Susan) of Potomac Falls, VA and Lee Ann Evans (Jim) of Clayton, NC; her grandchildren, Kyle, Monica Zinn, Megan Rose (Brian), Emily Waffle (Alex) and Jay Waffle (Nikolle); her great grandchild Sam Waffle; and her sister Mitsuko Chinen of Okinawa, Japan..
