With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scott Fraser of Riva, Maryland, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on April 2, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth (Ray Fraser) and Scott. He is survived by: his wife Cecile Fraser; his son Daniel Fraser (Kelly) of Riva, MD; his grandchildren, Anna and Jameson; and his sisters, Judy Bell of Tennessee, Gina Courter (Robert) of Glenwood, NJ and Diane Nowoslawski of Melbourne, FL..
