She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Fowler; her parents, Florence Elizabeth Butler (Rose) and Ralph Lee Kern; her sons, Kevin Lee Fowler and Michael Anthony Morris; her brother Elwood William Kern; and her brothers-in-law, Hugh Bunyea and Terry Billingsley.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Edward Fowler (Erin) of Loch Haven and Bobbie Jean Fowler of Lusby, Maryland; her siblings, Carrol Joe Bunyea, Joyce Ann Dickinson (Gene), Trisha Jane Leizear (John), Bonnie Louise Billingsley and Ralph Lee Kern, Jr. (Sharon); her grandchildren, Stephanie Davis (Alex), Ashley Fowler, Amanda Fowler, Kasey Evers (Michael) and Chase Powell; and her great grandchildren, Hadley, Remi, Jackson, Mason, Emerie and Axel.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the American Legion Post 226 (830 Mayo Rd, Edgewater, MD 21037).
