She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Gaylor and Etta Gaylor; her children, Yolonda Patrice Lewis and Elder Harvey L. Lewis, Jr.; her grandson Harvey Vernon Lewis; and her son-in-law Elder Lawrence P. Jones.
She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Marie Oliver (William); her husband Bishop Emeritus Harvey L. Lewis, Sr.; her daughter Evangelist Winona Lewis Jones; her sister Mother Cortez Deloris Avent; and her daughter-in-law Gwendolyn J. Lewis.
