She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Reynolds and Virginia Kendall Reynolds. She is survived by: her sons, Russell P. "Rusty" Mench of Rock Hall, MD and Brian E. Mench of Newark, DE. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
