He was predeceased by: his father Jack Leroy Elburn; his wife Rita Elburn (Johnson); his brothers, David "Smiley" Elburn and Michael Elburn; and his nephew Shane Elburn.
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Hubbard; his daughters, Beth Elburn and Jessica Perry (Justin); his grandchildren, Colby Dowling (Dana), Alyssa Ramirez, Layla Perry, Liam Perry and Jaxon Andes; his great grandchildren, Ryland, Raymier, Mason and Raheim; and his siblings, Denise Hepbron and Mark Elburn.
