He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Simns and Elsie Mae Downey Jacquette; and his wife Regina Bryden. He is survived by: his children, Carol Smith of Milton, DE, R. Preston Jacquette (Dee) of Rock Hall, MD and Charlene Perry (Sam) of Rock Hall, MD; his brother Simns Jacquette of Smithfield, VA; his grandchildren, Steve Smith, Marianne Dennis, Kara Callaway, Rob Jacquette, John Jacquette, Philip Perry and Brad Perry; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Cole, Nick, Lauren, Caleb, Sophie, Paige and Charles; and his great great grandchildren, Bridget and Ashton.
