He is survived by: his wife Janet Walbert; his daughters, Angela Dowling (Josh) of Rock Hall, MD and Sandra Nordhoff (Russell) of Chestertown, MD; his grandchildren, Richard Dowling (Chelsey), Matthew Dowling (Katryna), Heather Nordhoff (Gunner Walls) and Kathryn Ralfs (Curtis); and his siblings, Reuben Jamar, III, Diane Renk and Brenda Bayliss. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
