She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret McQuin and Allison McQuin; her birth father Carl Moore; her aunt Amy; and her uncle Dick Winters.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Honicker (Kenneth) and Stephen Pupkar (Dana); her sisters, Jo Wingard (Mark) and Linda Brown; her niece Danielle Connell (Mike Pisaturo); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Reda and Elias Fizazi.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Children's Inn at NIH in her honor.
