She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Dr. Shira Schnitzer, Graeme Cohen of London, England, David Schnitzer and Claire Bergeron of Washington, D. C.; her grandsons, Benjamin (Benji) and Nathan Schnitzer (Nate); her siblings, Ilene, Mark Weisbrot of Naples, Lisa and Rabbi Richard Plavin of Manchester, Connecticut; and her siblings' children, Aviva, Cory Lebson, Ariella, Shlomo Dubrowin, Ilana and Steven Bernstein.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 6301 Montrose Rd, Rockville, MD 20852. A burial was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at the Remembrance Memorial Park (14321 Comus Rd, Clarksburg, MD 20871).
