She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Shipp, Sr. and Essie J. Shipp. She is survived by: her brothers, Walter Shipp, Jr. (Marlena), Vincent Shipp and Kenneth Shipp (Kristi); her niece Kayla Shipp; her nephews, Douglass Jourden-Shipp, Kyle Shipp and Brandon Cummings (Madison); her aunt Merla Drew; and her uncles, Edward "Curtis" Morris (Tanya) and Warren Morris (Harryette). She is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
