He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leon Williams (Kathryn Ellen Butts Williams) and N. J.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Barrett Ozols and Stephanie Troy; and his siblings, Jack Williams and Laurie Markey. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in memory of Charles Leslie Williams.
