She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert R. Horwitz; and her son David R. Horwitz. She is survived by: her children, Michele Cornwell (Bruce) and Alex Horwitz (Shelly); her grandsons, Daniel, Benjamin, Michael, Joseph of Rockville, Nicholas and Jacob of Johns Creek, GA.; and her brother-in-law Michael Horwitz of Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Montgomery Hospice, in gratitude for their care of both Herbert and Claudette.
