Bittner Sr. of Rockville, Maryland, born in Fairhope, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard L. Bittner and Clara M. Bittner (Carder). He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Bittner (Rhinehart); his children, Cloyd, Jr. of Rockville and Cynthia Courchaine (Joseph) of Purcellville, VA.; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Rhinehart (Patti) and Thomas Rhinehart (Joyce). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
