With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Constance Joie Wilkie of Rockville, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Constance left this world on March 28, 2026 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Elizabeth Breton (Leon), Kathryn Appleton (Fred) and Caroline Brehmer (Orion); her nieces, Bonnie Lee Appleton and Jana Ruland; and her nephew Theodore Breton.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Joie Wilkie and Jeffrey James Wilkie; her grandchildren, Melodi, Samantha Wilkie, Laura and Carolyn McNoldy; and her great grandchild Charles McNoldy. She is also survived by six nephews, three nieces, and numerous great nephews and great nieces.
