He was predeceased by: his brothers, Giovanni Campanaro and Rocco Campanaro. He is survived by: his wife Rocchina Checchia; his children, Maria Kennedy (Kevin), Melissa Schultz (Larry), Attilio Campanaro, Lisa and Marcella Williams; his grandchildren, Cameron, Connor Kennedy (Sophia), Rachael, Lauren Schultz, Nick, Vinny, Michael Campanaro and Domenic Williams; his great grandchild Scotland Kennedy; and his brother Alberico Campanaro (Grace). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home Legacy Chapel (11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church (4101 Norbeck Rd, Rockville, MD 20853). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
