In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Donald leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Donald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, James Hawkins (Ann) and Edward Hawkins. He is survived by: his significant other Luz; his daughters, Chistine Elrod (Michael), Elizabeth Fitch and Catherine Carter; and his sisters, MaryAnn Kovalcik (William) and Janie Avis (James). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 8 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Smile Train, a cause close to Don's heart.
