We are sad to announce that, on January 18, 2022, at the age of 93, Elayne Sandra Maidy (Rockville, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

From FDR's inauguration to being in Washington D. C. during the riots when Martin Luther King, Jr was assassinated, to attending JFK's funeral and more, she witnessed history from the stock market crash of 1929 to September 11th and eventually the COVID-19 pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation or the International Bipolar Foundation.
