He is survived by: his wife Carole N. Chew; his daughter Debra "Debbie" Chew; his grandchildren, Christina Wong, Paula Chew, Katerina Chew, Leilani "Lani" Chew, Evan Crawford and Noah Crawford; and his sibling Carmen "Moi" Ross.
