He is survived by: his brother Jeffrey T. Charles; his stepsister Hope D. Jackson; and his aunts and uncles, Francis Hopkins, Sr., David Charles, Jr., Mary H. Hopkins, Cora Canty and Mattie Charles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, & cousins.
