He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Cornelius Halley Fox and Joseph Howard Fox; his wife Patricia Cooper Fox; his brothers, Ronald Fox and Kenneth Fox; his niece Donna Fox Swaggert; Patricia Cooper Fox.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Hartman Van Scoyoc and Amy Hartman Cover; and his sisters, Pat Dees of Westlake, LA and Shelba Kile of Westlake, LA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and several brother and sister in laws.
