He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his sons, Marshall and Jeremy; and his grandson Konnor. He is also survived by friends and family.

In Lieu of Flowers, the family is requesting donations in Gordon's memory be sent to Camp Atwater (operated by the Urban League of Springfield) in North Brookfield, Massachusetts.
