He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene Andre. He is survived by: his father Marvin Kostka; his wife Jeanine Gould of Green Bay; his mothers-in-law, Judy and Bette Gould (Wood); his siblings, Jeffrey and Andrea; Karen Mawdsley. He is also survived by several brother- and sister-in-laws, three nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter, American Battlefield Trust and Montgomery Hospice.
