He was predeceased by: his parents, Indrikis Skuja and Ella Kodols; and his wife Vera. He is survived by: his children, Maija (Kyle) and Robert; his niece Sandy; his nephew Erik; his great-niece Lydia; and his great-nephew Colin. He is also survived by cousins, distant relatives, and lifelong friends.
