He was predeceased by: his parents, Abolghassem and Robabeh Shoraka; and his brother Khalil. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia (Franquiz); his children, Anthony (Pascale), Jacqueline Wong (David), Suzanne Blair (Jeffrey) and AliJohn (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Justin, Madison, Eli, Jesse, Preston and Leo; and his siblings, Jamil, Hamid, Karim and Zari. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
