He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Bly and Mary Bly; his sister Patricia; and his niece Sandra Isaacs. He is survived by: his siblings, Ted and Penny Isaacs (Bill). He is also survived by his nieces and nephew, grand nieces and nephews and a great grand niece.
