He is survived by: his wife Marie S. D. Guy; his children, Nancy Lounsbury (Leo), Anita Coleman and John A. Guy (Kimberly); his stepsons, Mark D'Amico (Shelly), Matthew D'Amico (Teri) and Christopher D'Amico; his daughter-in-law Judy D'Amico; his sister Erma Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Joseph Guy (Olivia), Jennie Pearce (Jake), Kevin Guy (Alison), Brian McGrath, Keith McGrath, Emily Krapf (Kenon), Jody Simpkins (Joanna), Kim Wilson (James), Michelle Gaske (Austin), Daniel D'Amico (Hillary) and Dominic D'Amico. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
