He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughter Stacy Field (Andrew); his granddaughters, Emily, Abby and Bella; and his siblings, Brian Miller (Pat), Kathy Hanyok and Jean Marie Lusby (Fred). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
