He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Cornelius L. Norris and Caroline P. Kieffer Norris; and his granddaughter Sarah E. Auer. He is survived by: his wife Doris Owens Norris; his siblings, Cornelius L. Norris, Jr., Paulette N. McGettigan and Caroline N. Gola; and his children, Joseph K. Norris, Jr. (Janet) and Doris N. Auer (Charles). He is also survived by four grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
