She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Quanzhong Liu and Kehua Wu; her siblings, Houkai and Houjia; her husband Franklin Duan; her daughter Lucy; her son-in-law Hans; her grandchild Ria; and her great grandchild Jacy.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Inc. - Rockville (300 W Montgomery Ave, Rockville, MD 20850). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (12800 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20853).
