She was predeceased by: her spouse Tad David Brooks; and her father Robert George Quinn. She is survived by: her mother Rosalie Q. Kriebel of Ashburn, VA.; her children, Logan R. Brooks (Karleigh) of Mount Airy, MD, Owen Q. Brooks of New York, NY and Victoria R. Brooks of Laurel, MD; and her siblings, Thomas A. Quinn of Conshohocken, PA, Christopher F. Quinn (Kati) of Fort Mill, SC, Maria Q. James (Dwayne) of Leesburg, VA and Stephanie Q. Sherer (Marc) of Harleysville, PA. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
