She was predeceased by: her husband Sydney Paul Mittelholzer; and her son Bruce Andrew Mittelholzer. She is survived by: her children, Simon A. Mittelholzer (Linda), Peeta N. Woolsey (David) and Dominic P. Mittelholzer (Deborah); her grandchildren, Courtney Kelsey (Michael), Allyson Michael (Sean), Amanda Woolsey-Carnahan (Tyler), Emily Mittelholzer, Matthew Woolsey and Olivia Mittelholzer; her great grandchild Sydney Lynn Kelsey; and her sister Pamela Glasford.
