He is survived by: his children, Michael (Mayumi), Stephen (Sharlene), Cheryl (Gian) and Rae; his grandchildren, Ethan, Olivia, Kyle, Matt and Nicole; and his former wives, Sybil Amitay and Martha Amitay.
