He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mullan and Jean Mullan. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sheally Mullan; his children, Paul Anthony Mullan and Alison Mullan (Austin Cosner); his grandchildren, Joshua Scanlan, Matthew Lewis, Jedi Lewis, Brody Lewis, Oliver Cosner, Amelia Cosner and Sterling Cosner; his siblings, Doris Brady, Carol Krimm (Alan Krimm) and Patrick Mullan (Kimberly Mullan); his son Adam Matthew Lewis (Courtney Lewis); and his family, Paul Anthony Mullan and Alison Nichole Mullan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
