With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip John Tarnoff of Rockville, Maryland, who passed away on June 1, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Tarnoff and Arline Tarnoff; and his sister Carol Watson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his son David; his daughter-in-law Karen; his grandson Matthew; and his daughter Kathy.
