“Ralph was a great buddy. Cheerful, friendly, well liked, interesting to talk to, and always kind and generous with his time and friendship, We worked together at the NIH in Bethesda, MD. We played golf and tennis. We dined, drank and enjoyed our company and other NIH colleagues together. He was someone I looked forward to being with - rain or shine. You will be missed, Your world perspective and intelligence. My regards to you and your always welcoming family. Ron Sleyo”
